Systems thinking is about recognizing the interrelationship of several elements that form a complex whole. So imagine your organization or business as several tiny pieces that make up a more complicated whole. What characteristics makes the business successful? What elements allow for peak performance?
Systems thinking states that small actions breed great results. The message here is about doing fewer of the right things for a high impact instead of more of the wrong things.
Here are three steps on how to discover simple actions to breed great results:
The next time you face a decision, take a step back. Take the time to assess the situation, even if you have seen this instance before. Try to identify the situation with a fresh perspective. Stop, and ask questions such as: What just happened? What is happening right now? Be in the moment to help you assess the magnitude of the issue you are faced with.

Over the years I've seen the coolest innovations in exercise equipment. Some of the ideas I've seen are truly amazing. The companies who develop these ideas are often in the dark on the process of selling.
